| Claire joined us in April 2006 and has received a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years Level 3, SENCO, First Aid. |

| Mrs Marsden brings music to our Wednesday session. For half an hour before the end of the session the children are singing and dancing under her direction and piano playing. |

Staff
We have two fully qualified and experienced playleaders and three play assistants. Staff receive regular and on-going training and have annual appraisals.

Parents
We ask parents to help out at our Pre-School session once every term.
This gives our parents an excellent insight into how their child is learning and also gives them an opportunity to chat to the playleaders and view the workbooks.

Ratio
Our registration allows us to have 24 children and our ratio is 1 adult to 8 children.

Special Needs
Our staff have received SENCO training, which is updated. We do ask all parents to fill in a registration form about their child and any special requirements they may have. This will include medical conditions, dietary requirements and any special educational needs. This information is kept confidential and on a need to know basis. The staff and committee will endeavour to work with you to ensure that we can give your child the best possible care in your absence.
